About Us
Layla Dowthwaite incorporated Freedom HR in October 2017 and has enjoyed helping West Coast employers since.
Prior to this, Layla had 12+ years' previous Human Resources experience across numerous industries, with qualifications including Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Arts from University of Canterbury majoring in Management and Psychology.
Previous positions held include:
- HR Business Partner
- HR Consultant
- Senior HR Advisor
- HR Advisor
- HR Administrator/Process Advisor
- Payroll Officer
- Coach
- Staff Dispute Resolution Coordinator
We also have an agreement in place with Essential HR to enable access to even more resources and many more years of Senior HR Management and Consultancy experience.
